Viking kitchen appliances, class by class
One manufacturer, one county, and one room. What follows is the full list of Viking kitchen equipment we work on in Nocatee and the surrounding communities — nothing mechanical that belongs to the house itself.
- Range repair — burner and setpoint Sealed burners that will not stay lit, ovens that miss the setpoint, and doors that no longer hold a seal — on Viking ranges in Nocatee and St. Johns County.
- Rangetop repair — clicks, no light Sealed-burner rangetops that spark without lighting, drop out when the knob is released, or refuse to hold a low simmer — diagnosed by measurement, not by parts swapping.
- Refrigerator repair — warm or frost Built-in and freestanding Viking refrigeration that drifts warm, frosts over, runs constantly or floods the floor — diagnosed against target temperatures rather than the door display.
- Wall oven repair — calibration Built-in single and double wall ovens that miss the setpoint, swing wide between cycles, or go completely dead after a self-clean — measured against a thermometer, not the display.

What does a Viking repair in Nocatee cost before anyone has seen it?
Two figures decide this, and the schedule below carries both. The first is $80: a technician and a meter in front of the appliance, taken off the bill the moment you approve the repair. A written estimate comes before any part is ordered or any labor is billed. A band says where this class of work usually lands. It is not a quote, and three things move a job inside it: how the appliance has to be reached, whether the part is stocked or ordered, and whether the number on the plate has been superseded since. Before you pick a sheet
- Which of these classes does one visit cover?
- Whichever one you booked, and anything else in the same kitchen we can look at while the van is there. The $80 diagnostic is charged once for the visit, not once per appliance, and each machine gets its own written estimate.
- Where do the bands on each sheet come from?
- From this shop's own book of parts and labour for that class of work, narrowed on each sheet to the bands that job actually falls into. A defrost fault shows the defrost band, not the whole schedule. Nothing on these pages quotes a manufacturer list.
- Does Viking make anything you do not work on?
- We stay inside the kitchen and the outdoor cooking equipment — ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens, refrigeration, dishwashers, ventilation, ice machines. Nothing in this list is a heating or cooling system for the house, and we do not take that work.

The oven had been running cold since the day it went in and nobody had ever measured it. He stabilised the cavity, read three cycles and traced it to the door seal rather than the element everyone blamed.

The hood sounded strong and cleared nothing at all. He measured at the duct, showed me the flexible run sagging between the joists and said a new blower would not change it. That answer cost him the bigger job.

Two burners had orange tips and were sooting the bottoms of the pans. He checked gas pressure at the manifold, reset the air shutters and cleaned the ports out. Blue flames and clean pans again.

Viking kitchen appliances — and nothing mechanical in the house
Greenleaf Appliance Service repairs built-in kitchen appliances — the Viking equipment specified into a kitchen and installed in it, plus the outdoor cooking equipment that was specified with it. Home heating, air conditioning, heat pumps, air handlers and the ductwork that serves them are not work this shop takes, in Nocatee or anywhere else inside the radius. A hood duct, a condenser air path and the cooling load on a built-in are appliance work and we measure all three; the house's own mechanical systems belong to a mechanical contractor.
Viking on this site is the kitchen-appliance manufacturer. There is also a place called Viking in Indian River County, well south of St. Johns County; this shop does not work there, and it does not service heating or cooling equipment anywhere.
