About the shop
Greenleaf Appliance Service is a one-brand repair operation working Nocatee and the rest of St. Johns County.
Independent, and specific about it
The full non-affiliation notice is printed in the footer of every page on this site, and it is there for a reason. Plenty of listings blur the line between an independent shop and a manufacturer's own service network. We do not. We buy genuine oem parts, we read the same service documentation any competent technician reads, and we tell you which of those two things applies to your machine before you agree to anything.
One manufacturer
We work on Viking equipment and nothing else — ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens, refrigeration, dishwashers, ventilation and outdoor units. A technician who sees the same four or five platforms every day recognises a failure from the sound of it. That is the whole argument for staying narrow.
Credentials we actually hold
EPA Section 608 certification is required to open a sealed refrigeration system and recover refrigerant. Our technicians hold it.
We are not certified by Viking, not authorised by them, not factory trained and not endorsed by them or by its parent company. None of those relationships exists, so none of them is claimed here or anywhere else on the site.
How a visit runs
- Flat $80 diagnostic, credited toward the repair when you approve the work.
- A written estimate comes before any part is ordered or any labor is billed.
- Parts ordered only after you approve the written figure.
- 90 days on labor, 365 days on parts, genuine OEM parts only.

Viking kitchen appliances — and nothing mechanical in the house
Greenleaf Appliance Service repairs built-in kitchen appliances — the Viking equipment specified into a kitchen and installed in it, plus the outdoor cooking equipment that was specified with it. Home heating, air conditioning, heat pumps, air handlers and the ductwork that serves them are not work this shop takes, in Nocatee or anywhere else inside the radius. A hood duct, a condenser air path and the cooling load on a built-in are appliance work and we measure all three; the house's own mechanical systems belong to a mechanical contractor.
Viking on this site is the kitchen-appliance manufacturer. There is also a place called Viking in Indian River County, well south of St. Johns County; this shop does not work there, and it does not service heating or cooling equipment anywhere.
