Independent, and specific about it

Greenleaf Appliance Service is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Viking or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.

That sentence is at the top of every page for a reason. Plenty of listings blur the line between an independent shop and a manufacturer's own service network. We do not. We buy genuine oem parts, we read the same service documentation any competent technician reads, and we tell you which of those two things applies to your machine before you agree to anything.

One manufacturer

We work on Viking equipment and nothing else — ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens, refrigeration, dishwashers, ventilation and outdoor units. A technician who sees the same four or five platforms every day recognises a failure from the sound of it. That is the whole argument for staying narrow.

Credentials we actually hold

EPA Section 608 certification is required to open a sealed refrigeration system and recover refrigerant. Our technicians hold it.

We do not describe ourselves as certified, authorised, factory trained or endorsed by Viking or its parent company, because we are none of those things.

How a visit runs

  1. Flat $129 diagnostic, credited toward the repair when you approve the work.
  2. A written estimate comes before any part is ordered or any labor is billed.
  3. Parts ordered only after you approve the written figure.
  4. 90 days on labor, 365 days on parts, genuine OEM parts only.
