This site sets no cookies, loads nothing from another domain, and has no form on it. What follows is the short version because there is not much to describe.

We are in the house for the appliance and for nothing else.

What the website collects

Nothing. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no embedded third-party widget on any page. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.

Our hosting provider records ordinary server request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — as any web server does. We do not join those logs to any other record, and we do not use them for advertising.

What we collect when you contact us

If you call, we keep what you give us in order to do the work: name, service address, contact number, the appliance and its model number, and notes on the fault and the repair. That record exists so that a warranty claim can be checked against what was actually done.

  • We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
  • We do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.
  • We share it only with a parts supplier where a specific part has to be ordered against your machine, and only the detail needed for that order.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept while any warranty period on the work is running and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete a record outside those obligations and we will.

Your choices

Ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — by phone at (904) 977-8701, which is the line that handles these requests as well as bookings. There is no account to close and no subscription to unsubscribe from, because we do not run either.

Greenleaf Appliance Service is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Viking or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.
