Why does this sheet print a selection?
Each entry is one visit: what failed, what was measured, what was changed and how the call ended. They are printed as they were given to us, first name and last initial. The entries that are less than glowing are printed too — a wall of nothing but top marks tells a reader nothing, and a van that has never had a part arrive wrong is a van that has never been out.
Printing all 78 here would make a page nobody reads to the end, so this sheet shows a cross-section: every appliance class, every village and every score is represented, newest first. The remainder are not hidden — each one sits on the service sheet for its job and the village sheet for its address, which is where the person with that fault is actually standing.
Nothing below quotes a figure. What a visit costs sits on the pricing sheet, where it can be checked against the invoice, and what happens afterwards is set out on the warranty sheet. If an entry describes the fault on your own appliance, the service sheet for that class explains how it gets diagnosed.
Where does the 4.7 come from?
4.7 out of 5 is the arithmetic mean of all 78 entries in the pool, rounded to one decimal, and nothing else. It is not a number chosen because it looks right: the build fails if the published figure and the entries stop agreeing. The rating is emitted only on pages that print the entries it averages, so the legal sheets and the 404 carry no rating at all.
A written estimate comes before any part is ordered or any labor is billed.
A cross-section of the pool
The column had been running long and loud for weeks and the panel hid how packed the condenser was. He cleaned the coil and the fan, checked the door pull, and the run time dropped back the same afternoon.

Viking kitchen appliances — and nothing mechanical in the house
Greenleaf Appliance Service repairs built-in kitchen appliances — the Viking equipment specified into a kitchen and installed in it, plus the outdoor cooking equipment that was specified with it. Home heating, air conditioning, heat pumps, air handlers and the ductwork that serves them are not work this shop takes, in Nocatee or anywhere else inside the radius. A hood duct, a condenser air path and the cooling load on a built-in are appliance work and we measure all three; the house's own mechanical systems belong to a mechanical contractor.
Viking on this site is the kitchen-appliance manufacturer. There is also a place called Viking in Indian River County, well south of St. Johns County; this shop does not work there, and it does not service heating or cooling equipment anywhere.
